AV search
Positive AV hysteresis. After 180 Vp beats -Opens up the AV delay by x ms for 5 cycles (AV scan cycle).
When an intrinsic R wave is detected, the AV delay is extended x ms for 5 cycles (AV repetitive AV hysteresis).

V pace suppression
Opens ups the Av delay by 450ms to search for intrinsic V. If 6 consecutive Vs occur, the mode will switch from DDD – ADI. If 3 of 8 beats are Vp, mode will switch back to DDD, or 2 in a row .
Cannot use CLS with Vp suppression
Search occurs 30 sec > 1 min > 2 min > 4 min > .... > 128 min > 20
