Programmers

All programmers come with a screen +- a pen which is used to program directly with a CIED.

All programmers have a header which is used to interrogate a CIED

​

Programmers should have an ECG available to connect if troubleshooting is required

​

Some programmers come with an RF connection to allow communication with CIED and the programmer to be wireless (some devices have an inbuilt antenna or blue tooth)

​

Most programmers have a USB port to save reports.

​

Older programmers have inbuilt printers to print reports and strips to paper

​
